QUANTIX1. Quantix and these terms
These terms describe use of the Quantix website and Windows tweaking utilities. For purchase, activation or support questions, contact official Quantix support on Discord. Review the package description and checkout information before purchasing.
2. Products and licenses
Free, Pro and Elite have different features. Paid licenses are specific to the purchased edition and bind to one PC through its hardware identifier. Do not share or resell a key. Contact support if you replace hardware or reinstall Windows and need help with activation. The app can retain your key so you can verify it on subsequent launches without typing it again.
3. Payments and delivery
Prices are displayed in euros. Check the final amount, applicable taxes and any discount at the payment provider before confirming. Payments use external Stripe or PayPal pages. Keep your payment receipt and contact support if you have not received your download or license.
4. Your PC and performance
Review each change, its risk and compatibility before applying it. Back up important files and use restore controls where available. Removing an app can remove its local data. Results depend on hardware, software, drivers and games; we do not guarantee an FPS increase, latency reduction or process count. BIOS guidance is not automatic BIOS modification.
5. Support, cancellation and refunds
Contact support with your order reference, edition and a description of the problem. Refund and cancellation requests are assessed according to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase. These terms do not remove statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content. Starting a download alone is not treated here as a waiver of those rights.
6. Reviews and acceptable use
Submit only your own genuine experience. Do not include private information, malicious content or content that infringes another person's rights. Reviews are moderated and may be translated while retaining the original. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute modified copies as official Quantix software.
7. Responsibility and changes
Use changes appropriate to your system and follow the utility's instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these pages; the revision date identifies the current text. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
