This notice describes the Quantix storefront's data handling. Send privacy, access, correction, removal or newsletter unsubscribe requests through official Quantix support on Discord. Do not post payment details or license keys in public channels.
2. Information you provide
Newsletter signup stores your email address, consent time, discount code and subscription status. A review stores your display name, rating, message, selected language, translation, submission time and moderation status. Approved reviews are public. Support receives the messages and order information you choose to provide.
Affiliate accounts store your Site sign-in ID, email, chosen code and registration time. Affiliate checkouts store the buyer and affiliate account IDs, code, product selection, order reference, price, commission, payment status and verification timestamps. The owner records payment transaction references to verify sales and prevent duplicate credit. Affiliates see aggregate rewards, not buyer contact details. These records are used to operate the affiliate program, reconcile payments and handle disputes.
3. Why information is used
Newsletter emails and publication of your review rely on your consent, which you can withdraw. Purchase and activation support use information needed to provide the product you requested. Website operation, security and abuse prevention serve our legitimate interests. Records may also be retained to meet applicable legal obligations.
4. Payments, hosting and translation
Stripe and PayPal handle payment information on their own websites under their own privacy notices; this storefront does not collect card numbers. The site uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure and database services. Providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses and security logs. Non-English review text and its language are sent to MyMemory (Translated) for translation. Avoid including sensitive information in reviews. Discord processes support communications under its own policy.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The storefront stores cart contents and discount selections locally to provide the shopping features you request. Cookie Preferences stores your choice in this browser. Optional newsletter-dismissal storage is off until enabled and can be disabled and removed through Cookie Preferences. There are currently no analytics or advertising pixels in the storefront. External checkout and support sites control their own storage.
6. Licenses
Paid utility keys are tied to a PC hardware identifier. If activation support requires that identifier or a purchase reference, provide it privately to support. The website's newsletter and review forms do not collect your hardware identifier.
7. Retention and providers
Subscription records are kept while your subscription is active and as needed to record your consent or unsubscribe request. Reviews remain while published or awaiting moderation, until removed or no longer needed. Purchase and support records may be kept for the transaction, dispute handling and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Provider retention and processing locations are governed by their services; processing may occur outside your country.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing, and complain to your local data protection authority. Contact support to unsubscribe from emails or request review removal. Changing browser preferences does not unsubscribe your email address.
